Shipping & Lead Times

Miseriboards products include made-to-order custom controllers as well as stocked parts, accessories and occasional prebuilt controllers. Dispatch times vary by product.

Custom controller builds

Standard build lead time: 2–3 weeks before dispatch.

If your order requires a specific shell, specially sourced part or a custom conversion that is not already in stock, the build may take longer. We will confirm any additional lead time with you before assembly.

Stocked accessories and prebuilt items

In-stock accessories and prebuilt items are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days unless the product page states otherwise.

Delivery options

Available delivery methods and prices are shown at checkout for your destination. UK checkout currently offers Standard and Express options. Delivery estimates apply after dispatch; the 2–3 week custom-build lead time is separate from courier transit time.

Tracking and delays

Where tracking is included, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Courier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves us. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your parcel appears lost, contact us and we will help investigate.

International orders

International shipping availability and pricing are shown at checkout where supported. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may be applied by the destination country unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If a custom build is likely to exceed the stated lead time, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
