Returns & Custom Order Policy
We want every Miseriboards order to arrive as agreed. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Custom and made-to-order controllers
Custom controllers, personalised cosmetic choices, specially sourced shells and other goods made or modified to your specification are made-to-order. Where permitted by law, these items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return once production has started.
If you need to change or cancel a custom order, contact us as quickly as possible. If work has not started we will do our best to help. Once parts have been ordered specifically for your build or assembly/modification has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Send-In Service
If you want to cancel a Send-In Service before work begins, contact us immediately. Once modification work has started at your request, any cancellation or refund will take account of work already completed and parts already used or specially ordered, as permitted by law.
Stock accessories and non-custom goods
For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Items should be handled only as much as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, return postage is your responsibility.
Where a valid change-of-mind return applies, we will refund the item price and the cost of our standard delivery option where required by law. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If an item is faulty, not as described, damaged on arrival or does not match the specification we agreed with you, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We will assess the fault and provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Our 6-month Miseriboards build-fault cover is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights. See our Warranty & Aftercare page for details.
