Aftercare & Repairs
We stand behind every controller we build. If you have a problem after purchase, contact us through Twitter/X or Discord and include your order details and a clear description of the issue.
Six-Month Build Cover
Every controller built by Miseriboards is covered for six months against faults or issues caused by our assembly or workmanship.
Accidental Damage
Damage caused by drops, misuse, liquid, excessive wear or attempted third-party repairs is not covered. Where possible, we will still assess the controller and may help repair it free of charge.
Custom-Order Returns
Because custom controllers are built to your chosen specification, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or refunds once custom work has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described or where a refund is otherwise required by law.
We may ask for photos, video or diagnostic information before arranging a return or repair. Please contact us before sending a controller back.
